Favor Your Wedding Guests

Guest favors add the finishing touch on any event.  There are so many fun choices. If you haven’t discovered Etsy, then take time to visit there.  It is a great resource for brides, and for shopping in general.  You can find everything from furniture, housewares, and woodworking, to purses, needlework, and everything in between.  Most items are handcrafted, so are one of a kind.  I found these very kewl lip balms there.

The sweet scent of these soaps will linger long after the wedding.

Both men and women will like this organic take-home; a heart shaped bird feeder.

I particularly like the idea of this plantable heart.  You can use as a place card, or as a tag on the favor.  The guests will be sure to remember you, when their wildflowers start to bloom.

With just a little thought and some preparation, you can have custom wedding favors, too.  There are so many ideas onEtsy, and other wedding blogs.  Some of my personal favorites are:

What ingenious ideas, and so much to choose from??

Ideas for weddings have certainly progressed over the years, and rightfully so…such a special day SHOULD be remembered, for everything and for everyone!

    Thanks for sharing!

  2. I have recieved over the years a bunch of very cleaver favors from weddings some of which i cherish and have in my china cabinet to be kept safe.
My favorite being i think a small pottery type heart thats says…..to have and to hold and to cherish from this day forward!
with the persons wedding info on the back.
I thought it was very neat because…..i do have it, i hold it and i cherish it from that day forward. NEAT HUH?
Definitely some interesting ideas you have shown here too.
    Thanks for sharing them!

  3. Pam,

I just LOVE your selection of interesting and unique bridal gifts. Taking something that memorable away makes the day even more special. And the idea of plantable wildflower seeds is super fantastic!

  4. I think all I ever received was a book of matches. I do recall one wedding where the center piece on the table went to the person who was sitting on a designated chair. If Nate and I had done a reception I would’ve given lotto tickets at each table.
